Cuban mobile app developers, KaleydoBit, have created an app in memory of Che Guevara. The app, ‘Siempre Che’ (‘Always Che’), was created to mark the 50 year anniversary of the Marxist guerrilla-fighter Ernesto “Che” Guevara’s death.

KaleydoBit, with the help of students and professors from the University Marta Abreu of Las Villas in Santa Clara, Cuba, developed this app to share information about the life of the Argentine revolutionary.
Generally seen as a highly controversial figure all around the world, Che Guevara is still seen in a mostly positive light in Cuba, mainly due to his role in the revolution that overthrew the US-backed Cuban president at the time, Fulgencio Batista.
Features of the ‘Siempre Che’ (‘Always Che’) app include images of the Che Guevara Mausoleum, as well as access to books written about the infamous revolutionary leader.
This isn’t the first time KaleydoBit has created apps like this; the company has produced Android-only applications detailing the life and death of the late Cuban leader, Fidel Castro, as well as an app for the 7th Congress of Cuba’s Communist Party, held in April of last year.
